Hoover powerwash POOR product support in SA

Bought a Hoover power washer from takealot a few monhs ago. So the turbo nossel broke accidentally. So after many calls to their Cape Town and Johannesburg support centre I foud out that there is no spare accessory parts available in SA for the pressure washers. I am very disappointed that a company would sell there products in South Africa without providing any support for spares. Rather buy a Karcher.
