Bad service from Hoover South Africa

Purchased a Hoover Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner form Builders Model Number: HC-16-CV-ZA. The vacuum cleaner stopped working and found out that a rubber grommet under the motor had perished. This allows the motor to turn and then the electrical wires get yanked off. I tried to contact the Cape Town service and they were very unhelpful. The Johannesburg service center put me on hold and then put me through top the parts division and they never answered the call. I'm disgusted with the service of the agents.
