Wrong meal, told me i will be ******ed by owner

I ordered a meal on uber eats and the wrong meal with given to me by the store, honchos UKZN. The owner called me back stating i must eacalate it via uber eats even though the store was at fault. Uber eats abvised me to direct the query with the store. I spoke to the owner whom was rude and swore me and told me not to bring the food back as its too old to give it to another customer. How can he even say that? He said if i bring the food back, he will hit me and trace my number and come home and kill me. I will be reporting this to the police. I ask that nobody supports them and neve4 support honchos due to this terrible experience
