Terrible
Honchos Staff in East London Buffalo street is terrible their behavior and service, they shout back at customers, they refused to sell wrap to me but they did sell it to other customer, they said it's finished to me, and one of them started singing inside with the purpose of annoying us since we were furious about their service…the other customer waited for more than 40 minutes only to get insufficient order when she requested the chips she was shouted instead of them saying sorry they forgot the chips

Stale food
I went to the Honchos in Phoenix on Friday. I purchased a meal called Fiesta meal. It comes with a burger, a piece of chicken and chips. It was absolutely terrible. The chips looked like it was a day old. Before I could purchase it I asked the manager what piece is the chicken, he told me it's a drumstick. Only to open it and find a small piece of chicken. Absolutely terrible. Honchos that meal is not wort the R50. Stop robbing people of their hard earned money. If only there was an option here to show the pictures.

Stale food

Bad service
Good day I hope this email finds the right person. I writing this email to raise my concern about how you run your business at your PMB church street branch opposite Shoprite. I am deeply disgusted by the way your staff treat customers, what a horrible experience and I will never ever in my lifetime be so disrespected by your staff. I visited your 350 Church Street branch at 14:28 and I was rudely served by one of your servants who was very rude,made me berg for cutlery, looked at me like I was a fool who had no where else to go for a mid day snack. I bought 4 wings which were served 20 minutes late and there were cold because they have been sitting there since I came in at 14:28 . I complained about it to Nelliswa but she mocked me in front of other customers and went on to speak to her colleague with mocking tone of voice and body language while swinging her arms around.. I’m disappointed and disgusted by this. I left all the restaurants from Liberty mall to enjoy your wings because they are so tasty and delicious to me.. from today I have developed a serious dislike for your brand and I’m sorry I’m never ever again setting my foot in any of your restaurants. Please fix this issue immediately because you will lose customers. I wrote this to their customer support and they have never responded.

An insect on my food and disrespectful staff members
I ordered cheese fries, and upon receiving my meal, I discovered what appeared to be an insect in the food, mind you I already ate quarter of . I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff member who was preparing my order, but I was told that it was “just a seed.” However, it was clearly not a seed, and this response was both dismissive and concerning. I asked a random customer next to me and he confirmed “it looks like an insect of some sort”. In addition to this, the quality of the food itself was already disappointing, as I had been given what seemed like crumbed or leftover chips instead of proper fries. This made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, today has already been a very difficult and emotional day for me due to the recent loss of my grandmother. Having to deal with such an unpleasant and unhygienic experience on top of that was extremely upsetting. I expect better standards of hygiene, food quality, and customer service from your establishment. I would appreciate it if this matter could be taken seriously and addressed accordingly. Please let me know what steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. I was served by Anati at Alexandra Honchos.

Good Day Honchos, I would like to make a complaint against Honchos Trade route. I bought the family combo meal for R200 last night... To my dissatisfaction there was a worm in the Portuguese roll. I made a call to the outlet a moment ago and spoke to Emanual... The supervisor. He asked me to send him proof... After stating to me that customers like taking chances. Which is unprofessional and I don't appreciate the generalization there. Treat incidents as isolated. I sent him a video and he called me shortly to tell me that that's not their roll. He continued to say... It's fine even if you complain.

ROTTEN FOOD
I thought i was being unfair until i saw the reviews on hellopeter about this business. Definitely they sell ROTTEN chicken and chicken wraps. i tried complaining on google maps they just chose to ignore me. Am honestly shocked how many people are unhappy about this business. you should close down if you going to sell rotten food.
