Worst Fast Food outlet in Chatsworth

Poor and disgusting service. Workers dont care about customers. I telephoned and placed an order. I was told that it will take about 20 minutes to have it ready. I went in Half an hours time but was told that it is not as yet ready. I waited for another 40 minutes and it was still not ready. I asked for the manager, who is Sinazo, who came with such a bad attitude as if she was doing customers a favour. No apology and courtesy and was arrogant to the customers. She told the cashier to just give him a refund and he can go. This is a disgrace if Honchos are employing people of this caliber. I have also noticed that customers who come with exact money to buy chips and other things, are given the item, and the cash is not ringed in the till. I really dont care if this branch closes down or is ********** the profit because of such poor service, they will be doing customers a favour if they close doors. Never support such a pathetic and poor business like Honchos, Moorton Chatsworth.
