Trade Route Honchos Cashier claims rats ate their burger buns!

I ordered 3x double chicken burgers telephonically 2:30pm on the 7th July 2024. When I went to fetch it, I checked my order and all 3 burgers had the wrong rolls with black seeds on it. I told the guy at the till and he rudely insisted that it was portugues rolls until he finally opened one burger to see. He told the staff at the back to fix it but they made 2 replacements and he told me that there's no rolls left. I point out that there's a packet portuguese rolls that I can see right front of me. He then said that those rolls were expired and I ask to see the date which he refused until I made a fuss to see it. He than said that those rolls are not expired but rats ate into them. This is really terrible service from Honchos Traderoute Mall. I asked to speak with the manager but the cashier refused to talk and just ignored me. I than started to shout to speak with a manager the cashier then ran out to call security to take me out of the store. Two months before this I ordered 4 pepper burgers and when I got home I saw they did not put the peppers. I was not refunded the difference for thier mistake. This store is always making mistakes and now being rude and disrespectful to it's customers! I work in the same mall as Honchos and being disrespected like this! When this incident happened I reported it on Honchos website and no one bothered to contact me which has now led me to report this so that other customers do not receive this kind of treatment and service. That rude *********** cashier should be severely dealt with!
