Sour chicken

I ordered supper for my family @ 6:00pm order no.144 to be precise , their food was okay it as burgers . but i ordered 6 spicy wings and was i surprised to taste it sour . come on guys we pay for our food . what the hell !!! This is not on !! Imagine looking forward to eating and thats what you get . its not okay something must be done . this is not the 1st time something like this has happened
