**** poor service

Worst possible service ever from Honchos Shallcross. Staff are rude, unable to keep up with orders and to top it off Hassan the owner of the garage in Shallcross is just as clueless. My story starts where I used to fill up at this garage because it's on my route daily. One day a petrol attendant asked if I have a card. He later produced a loyalty card that affords a free car wash or a Honchos meal. I have since been filling at this garage only to be treated as a *****. Their *********** staff unfortunately stapled the wrong receipt to the loyalty card and they made it seem as if I have done wrong. The owner Hassen attempted to explain their error with no apology and expects patrons to support his garage and Honchos. Sorry it's poor pathetic service with a stinking attitude. Management and staff
