Poor food and worse customer service

The food from their Phownix branch is not fully cooked I have had below par food from them for consecutive orders and their customer care team do not respond at all to complaints and their social media admin plays dumb when you try to request contact with the branch over the bad quality. No care all round. The customer relations end and and quality control in the kitchen is a joke. Dont even bother emailing them
