PATHETIC SERVIR

Have ordered meals for 6 people. Placed an order for delivery @ 17:30 The cashier Angel assured me the meal would be delivered in 45 minutes. An hour has past by and still no delivery. I called the store spoke to the manager and he says he can't get hold of the driver. The manager then calls me and says to me the driver has come to my residence and no one was there which is not true. The manager then assured me he would prepare a new meal and deliver , now it's gone more than 1 and a half hour and still no delivery. Now the driver arrives and has an attitude. He didn't even know which house to deliver. My kidz have gone to bed and I cancelled the meal. PATHETIC SERVICE FOR A STORE WHICH IS QUITE
