Pathetic service from Phiwa

Terrible experience from Honchos at Phoenix industrial park, waiting time for meal was one and half hour. When I called in to speak to the manager, cashier Phiwa claimed she is the manager on duty and wad rude, speaking in zulu. She thought I would not understand but she failed to realise my husband is zulu. We recorded her and wish to speak to the Real management to explain the issues.
