Pathetic Service

I called the store in Korsten (Port Elizabeth) as I couldn't update my order. The manager couldn't assist me. The manager couldn't even get hold of the boss for assistance. I always enjoy the food, but the fact that you can't even assist a paying customer is pathetic.
