Pathetic customer service!

Pathetic! I order food for delivery, in an hours time the driver called to find out where I am exactly, as I explained that he is in the right street, but the wrong block, he put the phone done in my ear and went into the wrong direction even more. Then he phoned me (after I sent an SMS with the exact address) telling me where he is, and it was even further in the wrong direction. Then he told me I'm the one wasting his time and put down the phone in my ear. Phoned the manager and she said they only have one driver and other people to assist and then she also put the phone down in my ear! How is that for customer service if they didn't follow the right directions from the start? For someone who was a first customer looking to order here a lot, I will never support them again!
