Manager with an attitude

I had a problem with Honchos in Hill street today, I went to buy a meal the one for R139 but the meat tasted funny unfortunately I was already at home then I had to go back to the store when I get there the cashier told me that she can't help us we have to wait for the manager sges at Jwayelani we waited maybe 10 minutes she came with the attitude that she tasted the meat and theres nothing wrong with it with an attitude then we asked for a refund she told us that she will charge for the drink, roll and chips coz when we were at home we gave the kids roll and chips before we tasted the meat she did not understand she had an ATTITUDE her name is Moni.
