Honchos/Mr Delivery rip-off!!!

I ordered 2 x cheese burger meals via Mr Delivery. The order was incorrect and I even attached a picture on the Mr D app. This was on the 9th of March, till now I keep getting emails requesting proof etc when I have already submitted pictures. Is it that hard to admit when the store is wrong and to correct what is wrong??? Pathetic responses and service team !!!!
