Honchos Phoenix plaza
yesterday I went to the Phoenix plaza at 12:34 and went to honchos my self to place an order for burgers. I then went to the post office to pay for our car license. My one year old child was in the car with my husband. After an hour or later so my baby was troubling so I went and got him and then gave the slip to my husband to collect the order which has been paid for already. When my husband went to honchos to collect the order they refused to give him the order and insisted that he brings his wife with the child to collect the order as they claim a case needs to be opened as the child broke the light at the front by the cashier. My husband then came back and told me so when I went there I asked to see camera footage as I did not take my child with me to the store when placing the order or at all. I wanted a refund which they gave me however the customer experience is terrible they kept accusing my innocent child in front of all the customers and the store was full and when asked for the footage they mentioned they got confused and the my child wasn’t the one. When asking them how they came to such an assumption they kept quiet. When asking for their details so I can get my lawyer involved they only gave their managers name which was jayson govender. My point is you cannot accuse someone especially a small child who is not yet walking of something like this. I will be escalating this to my lawyers for further action.
