Honchos order wrong

Dear honchos.

I would like to bring to your attention that I have been to your Raisethorpe store at 7:30pm. I have placed an order the phone for 1 full chicken meal half hot and half lemon and herb. 1 set of take 2 burgers 1 hot and one mild. 1 set of take 2 swarmas 1 hot one mild. 1 kiddies burger meal withh a toy and with mayo only.

And what i recieved was totally pathetic. The full chicken meal was super hot all in one box. The burgers was all super hot including the kiddies one. The swarma came all in mayo. The childs toy was even missing.

I placed the order at about 7:15. I got there at 7:30 to pay. The lady i spoke to heard me loud and clear. When i got there i asked here was i clear on the phone she said yes. This is not the first time it was wrong. The is about the 3rd or 4th time. I over look it in the past. But this was the last straw. I would not be ordering anymore from u guys. I order very often from your company but this store takes the cake.....always a mess up. I always order when im leaving the office so i can collect and go home to have supper with the family. I work long hours and its hard to cook when we get home.... This is really poor service from this branch. Thank you
