Honchos at CBD Pretoria service

Honchos at Pretoria CBD by Lillian Ngoyi service is so terrible I ordered food, just two burgers at 3:01pm and my order number was 122, and then after that there were some Indian and coloured guys that ordered same meals as me but they were served before me and when i raised my complain i was told that i must just sit down my order is not yet ready, i then asked to speak to the manager and i was told by a guy that they don't have a manager. This is so disgusting and the shop sanitary and cleanness also is so disgusting there was no one to make sure that people sanitise at the door, and no one to sanitise the tables and street"hobbos" people walk in and out of the shop to feed from the bins while customers are busy sitting and eating right in front of them, the supposedly "manager " told me that they could not refund me and that i must just be patient as i did not just order chips when i asked for my refund. And then when my food came he just pushed them towards me and said "here is your food" and never even apologised that i had to wait 30-35 minutes just to get a burger. If Honchos do not do something about this, next time i will take a video and post it all over social media. Oh and the stuff said they only speak Zulu or Ndebele and cannot communicate with English. I mean i also work at customer service and i put my customer first but what i experienced today at Honchos in Pretoria CBD is so flabbergasting and disgusting.
