First time I ordered...

First time I ordered Honchos at Trade route mall, meal was so freshly made, sauced perfectly and I was happy, in store ordering Then I ordered online and meat was just dry and burnt,gave benefit of the doubt to say maybe it was a bad day, today I ordered again and it was worse than before, dry and burnt... I am really not happy, even the hot sprinkle that I choose is not there at all
