Dry and burnt chicken

Good day

I've had the worst experience at your Pretoria Central store. I use to love your chicken for its juicyness and sauceseness. But to my surprise I was given the dryest burnt chicken of my life. I have never been so disappointed as I was introducing your food to my wife for the first time. Needless to say she's not impressed on our 1st day as husband and wife being tired from our wedding day I managed to convince her to try your food. As I tried it and loved it, but yesterday was such a shook to have received so dry meat. We couldn't even eat it. What hurts most is I lost the receipt well the person who handed me my food never returned it to me when I went to pick up my food.

I really hope you up your quality checks as last night was enough for me to want to end my relationship with your food.
