Don't try the Honchos in Mount Edgecombe Plaza!

Absolute worst experience in Honchos at the Mount Edgecombe Plaza. The lady behind the desk was absolutely rude and could hardly understand what I was telling her. She stood there ignoring my wife for a minute or so while my wife was trying to place the order. When they did bring us our order which was placed to go, and not to eat in, everything was cold as if it was pre-cooked and then packed. Of course we did not send it back in fear that they would "interfere" with it! When we finally got home to have our meal, we found that the chicken wasn't cleaned properly, in the sense that it still had its "hair" or feathers on the bottom part of the bones. The chips were hard and rubber-like, making it very difficult to eat. We wouldn't even feed this to our dogs!
