Disgusting, pathetic, arrogant, useless managers

The service here is disgusting. Worse is that the manager doesn't care a damn. They make you wait over an hour and then when you complain, they disdainfully refund you the payment, without even an apology or trying to make good on the order!!! She had a sick attitude and sulky face with arrogance in her attitude!!!
