Disapointed with undercooked order.

I am a regular at Honchos in Sparks road Overport. I went to the store when it was quiet today and was disapointed. The other day they put the wrong type of sauce on my order. I only discovered it when I went home. Today they gave me meat that was undercooked. Their was still blood near the cartilage. I think you have new staff in the back of house but they are messing up. The standards of the orders being put out are starting to drop.
