Chicken not well done

I bought the family matters meal today, I'm so disappointed. I received chicken that was still red inside. The cashier didn't even bother to ask me how I want my chicken to be done, I heard another cashier asking a customer how they'd like their meal to be prepared. I ordered lemon and herb but the chicken I received had a bit of chilli. It was my first time going there but I didn't feel free and wanted as a customer. I'm so hurt because my family couldn't even finish the chicken due to how it was prepared.
