cheesy chips gone wrong

I have been ordering from honchos for a while now. But today i was very disappointed. The staff had no customer service firstly and secondly poor listtening s****s. I called in at 1:30 to order food. At 2:15 i call back the lady says she took down the address incorrectly. At 2:40 they send me cold food. What was suppose to be cheesy chips and salsa was chips in cheese sauce and salsa sauce. The lettuce was soaked in sauces. Overall im very disappointed as honchos is a lunchtime favourite however after todays service i dont think i will eat much of their food.
