Bad service!! Rude driver

Bad. Ordered food for delivery from Honchos PMB Burger Street. I was told delivery was R20 by the lady I spoke to on the phone but when the driver arrives, he says the delivery is R15 more the lady who took the order made a mistake as she didn’t know how far it was. R35 for a lousy delivery when it takes me exactly 15 minutes to drive there myself. And i mean, whose mistake was it, not mine. She said R20 and i agreed and for someone to come and tell me to add R15 was pathetic. I like their food but their service this time was pathetic!!! That driver was rude oh my, telling me he can take it back if i don’t want to pay.
