Bad service and food

I purchased food from the branch in shallcross a day back and I had to wait more than 45 minutes for my order while people who came after me got theirs before me and they told me they are sorry there was a mix up, and when I told them I'm unhappy they offered me a medium chips which doesn't even amount to the time I was waiting there and yet my order already had so much chips in it and also the chips was burnt like really bad and my wraps where made so sloppy I am really unhappy with the service and food and they haven't done anything to make it better
