Bad service

I'm not usually a fussy person but the service received at your restaurant is very bad. Firstly I stood In the que for about 5mins no one assisted, I greeted the guy over the counter he greeted back and just walked away. I had to ask for some one to serve me. The lady who helped me was even worse. The annoyed look she gave me was as if I'm collecting a feeding scheme. Bad service.
