Bad service

I have experience a very bad service in three of the Honchos in PMB. The Honchos in lager centre at langalibalele street I waited for my order (schwama *4)which took 1 hour to be prepared and client came before me which was a Indian guys was assisted and left. I don't know if this is a norm because only one Honchos in scottville pmb that always provide good service and reasonable time waiting. There is no explanation given for long waiting
