Bad service

I hope this email finds the right person. I writing this email to raise my concern about how you run your business at your PMB church street branch opposite Shoprite.

I am deeply disgusted by the way your staff treat customers, what a horrible experience and I will never ever in my lifetime be so disrespected by your staff.

I visited your 350 Church Street branch at 14:28 and I was rudely served by one of your servants who was very rude,made me berg for cutlery, looked at me like I was a fool who had no where else to go for a mid day snack.

I bought 4 wings which were served 20 minutes late and there were cold because they have been sitting there since I came in at 14:28 . I complained about it to Nelliswa but she mocked me in front of other customers and went on to speak to her colleague with mocking tone of voice and body language while swinging her arms around..

I’m disappointed and disgusted by this. I left all the restaurants from Liberty mall to enjoy your wings because they are so tasty and delicious to me.. from today I have developed a serious dislike for your brand and I’m sorry I’m never ever again setting my foot in any of your restaurants. Please fix this issue immediately because you will lose customers. I wrote this to their customer support and they have never responded.
