Bad customer services from the owners

Bought meals from them upon arrival at home the chicken was rotten ND upon return it the staff was ready to replace but the owners arrived and said it's not rotten and refused to change ND they were super rude even went and exchange the chicken and it da chicken is fresh and the staff told use they gona put fresh chicken and the owners had no way of talking to us I personally will not advise people to buy from them and we are regular customers at that store.
