Bad customer service

Our family frequently visits the Honchos Fordsburg establishment as we enjoy the food. Unfortunately we cannot say the same about the customer service. We've been going there for the longest time ever and I have not seen the bathrooms unlocked and available for patrons. Today was the final straw. When questioning the manager as to why the restrooms are forever "out of order"...although he agreed that it was unfair to the customers he told us it is what it is. We said that's it's not fair that we purchase foods but we cannot even wash out hands or use the fasciilty.

Our previous visit the gas had run out and we were told to wait 10 minutes so they could re gas and then another 10 for our food. We ended up waiting almost an hour and people that came after us got their meals. Eventually we were served with stale chips and cold rice. I doubt we will be going back there anytime soon
