Appalling service and extremely rude staff

Your service in Madeira Street, Mthatha is appalling! The chips are always poorly peeled and Honchos is the only food restaurant that sells ketchup. Your staff are extremely unfriendly and with a stinking attitude. Rectify this or you'll certainly lose businesses.
