Wrong items delivered

I received vouchers after I had taken vodacom contracts,to the value of R1200, I then contacted Home mark on ********** ,agent called Nathi helped me to activate them than other whatever I wanted at Home mark.I logged on their website whilst talking to check what was available and we agreed on all my orders,so had to pay delivery of R135,I didn't have my card so we couldn't finalise so on the 30 June 2018 called again we finalised the order. To my surprise I received staff that I had not ordered so I called to complaint but Nathi was now avoiding me,eventually spoke to some supervisor a week after my first call trying to get hold of Nathi to say I want what I ordered, I gave called about 10 times since 30 June and Nathi can't take my calls or return my calls. I've also sent emails but the useless Home mark people don't get back to me
