Worst service ever

On the 10th of April, i placed an order online with Homemark and paid in full the same day for my goods. The website states that your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. On the 17th of April i sent an email to Homemark asking when i can expect delivery because i have not heard anything from them. I have still not received a response to this email. I have made several phone calls to Noby, and i kept getting told that she will call me back and she never has. It is now the 24th of April ( 10 working days after order was paid ) and i have not received my goods or even a phone call back to tell me when i can expect delivery!!!! I am a big fan of Homemark products but at this rate i don't know if i would ever order or buy any of there products again.
