Worst service!!!!

I bought 10 Poloroid cameras to use for school. Noby assisted me in the most helpful manner, or so I thought.... After receiving the cameras I was shocked to find out how bad the quality is. They are supposed to be 12mp, but the one camera doesn't even have a function higher that 5mp. I phoned her and asked her for a refund. 5 Min later she phoned back and promised me the deal of a lifetime. I can have the underwater camera for R400 each. I agreed that I will take 4 as I'm already scared that it will be bad quality. This was 1 March, until now I haven't received anything and she doesn't answer any emails. Today 11 March I phoned her again after the 13th time (I have the phone records to show it). I asked her for a full refund. She promised me they will phone me back in 5min. That never happened. Now I'm still without the cameras and my money. It was bought by a school - Homemark steels money from a school!!!!<br>
