Worst experience ever

I have a voucher that I was given upon returning goods at homemark the voucher was "supposedly" loaded with the amount relevant to my purchased goods this was way in July at west gate mall Went to purchase my good at traderoute mall and I was told the vouchure not loaded I went to west gate mall and I was told that it will be loaded within two days ... a month later the vochure was not loaded sent again to West gate mall and the tellers advised that person that loads the vochures is on leave for 2 pathetic months the person is on leave I've been to the shop for numerous time and till today the voucher has not been loaded, it's been 5 months and I'm a waiting for the phone, instead I'm being told that I Should now call the call center , surprise surprise they to are not of help

I want that voucher and my money loaded, you were very happy when I purchased the goods , they didn't make me happy your service is very pathetic and poor towards your clients
