Worse service

I have gotten the worst customer service from these guys,ranging from a faulty order being delivered to me and no tangible help from the customer service department,after numerous attempts. For such a huge brand, I'm highly disappointed and worst of all,I still await for any resolution to my debacle. My ref no: is 26827
