World's worst company

<p>Hi I've purchased 3products from Homemark on the 2nd of November, payment was made R2017.91,also got a free gift worth R200,till now haven't receive any package, Monday I phoned just to hear that the one item was out of stock,after waisting a lot of airtime the sales consultant who plased my order assured me that my order is complete and that the one item was allocated to me he will contact me Friday (today) to check if I got my products, so I called at 10:00 nobody can tell me that my package is with a courier company, I phoned again now to cancel but even for this i must wait to be called back,this is the world's worst company I've ever did business with, and I want a manager to handle my complaint and call me,I doubt that I will get my money back but I won't leave it like this.</p>
