Wont return slippers because it touched my feet.

I purchased slippers and yesterday I received them, every company allows for returns of slippers but not homemark even though the product is not what is advertised. This consultant Bongiwe Qwesha got me to take photos of the top and bottom of the product only to tell me that they dont return slippers. I will never purchase anything from homemark again and beware you buy a kettle and your hands touch it. it is touching your body so my question is will they return it? if I dont get this returned I am taking this to the CEO and ombudsman.
