Want to get what I paid for but no one will reply

I received an email from Noby Kheswa informing me about a posture brace special. I immediately clicked on the item and purchased it and paid the R149,00 for the special. As I had previously bought a dud product which I wont mention but had similar attributes I checked the pricing, the picture and the description and was certain that I was not getting the same product as even the name was never mentioned. A week later I was informed that the system went down and that although they could see my payment they could not see what product I had purchased. I informed them which it was. I eventually received my product and lo and behold it was the old product. I immediately wrote back and enquired whether this was the correct product to which I was totally ignored. 5 days later I wrote again and was completely ignored again. I cannot see a contact number anywhere and emailing three emails within that company should assure me of someone responding? Maybe Hellopeter can deliver the impossible from this impossible company?
