VITRO SHAKE BELT USELESS

bought a belt had to take it back 4 times , and got new one everytime with the same problems...... The hand control stop working, cable from belt to hand control not working, the cable from plug to adaptor smoke coming out, belt itself all vibrates heavily sounds things falling apart making a lot of noise. R 699.00 from Jubilee mall game.
