Very very bad service

<p>On the 1st of December i placed an order online. I received an email stating my order no and payment details. I made the payment and emailed proof to the given email address. i have since not received any confirmation about my order and after sending numerous emails i have not received any reply. Today i contacted the customer deparment 6 times and they transfered my call to the eft department and the phone keep on ringing but no answer. One of the agents even told me that they dont have an eft department. And for some reason i can no longer log into my account. this need to be sorted out asap. i am very dissappointed in their service especially this time of year as the things i ordered is supposed be gifts for my friends and it seems i wont receive the package in time.</p>
