very poor services

home mark is a ****,i took a cellphone contract with them under mtn and afrizone phones .i dont know actually who is who, because when i call mtn they said its home mark and when i call home mark they said they will get back to me its over a month now ,with both phone and data sim that i did not agree to take . Every time i called them i cant get through to them ..i only took phone and laptop contact and now i m sitting with phone and data sim that i did not order ,no laptop and i got statement saying i must pay R890 ...the whole month i have been calling and no respond ,they just transfer me to different people who just drop my calls .
