Very bad online shopping experience!

I placed an order online on 24 Feb and paid using Credit Card. On 28 Feb I received an email that my order has been shipped. By 9 March I still did not receive anything and therefore sent an email to [Email Removed] asking for an update, but still no reply. Since then I sent another two emails via their website's [URL Removed] \Contact Us"- still no reply. <br> <br> I then tried calling the number in the email ***"

I would like to apologize for the delay we have just completed our yearly stock take and this actually delayed deliveries. Please be advised that you delivery has been dispatched and you should expect delivery by Tuesday.
