Very bad customer service and poor quality products

I had two bad experience with Homemark Greenacres. 1. I bought a Wondermop from them and the quality was actually pathetic. From using it less than 15 times the microfiber cloth broke off the mop and I had to make a plan to fasten it back on the mop in order to use it and then not long after that the metal pole tore at the ends where it is tightened to each other. I emailed them a few times without any response what so ever. 2. I had a pot set on lay-buy and the store in Greenacres was closing down and nobody from the shop contacted me to say they are closing down And I need to pay and collect my lay-buy. I found out from a friend that they were closing and I made it just in time on the last day when they were packing. So if I didn’t know would I have been contacted or how would I of been refunded because obviously they didn’t care about the customers that had lay-buys or anything like that.
