Utterly disappointing and frustrating!

I will never order from this company again, it's honestly been a pain from beginning to end. They are incredibly quick to take your money only to get half a product in a broken box on your doorstep!? It's now been over a month, with several phone calls and emails that have been ignored and days with no follow up! Waiting for a refund that I fully deserve! I am urging everyone to NOT order from this company! It's a waste of time, money and energy.
