Disgusting Unprofessional Service from Homemark Online

I received the most unprofessional service from the Homemark Call Centre Agent called Mpho Monyane. She was unprofessional and disrespectful. She seemed irritated throughout my interaction with her. Her tone was condescending at best. It was worse when she referred to me as 'dali' on that phone call. What was even more appalling was when she said she was expecting an apology from me to her for not picking up her call when she called. Clearly in her mind, as a customer, I am being done a favour by buying from them. It is quite clear that they do not need my sale or money!!! She should be ashamed at herself for the lack of respect. I regret dealing with Homemark. Disgusting customer experience from this lady. She should just stay at home and give someone else an opportunity to do her job since this is not adding any value to her life. Only a person who hates her job would treat customers in such a disrespectful manner.
