Unprofessional and rude Dudu from Homemark Online

The unprofessional Service from Homemark Online is appalling. I received the most unprofessional service from a Homemark Call Centre Agent called Dudu, unfortunately I didn't get her last name. She was unprofessional, talking loudly to her colleagues about russians while I was on the phone with her. She was so impatient and had a tone I didn't like throughout the conversation. I have never come across such unprofessionalism.

Afrizone, please terminate whatever agreement is in place between yourselves and Homemark. It's time explore other avenues.
