******** business practices

Good day, we recently purchased a top mop from home mark, and the product was defective. We took the product back to the store of purchase; Homemark Cresta, with the receipt, which clearly indicates that we were within the warranty period. We requested a replacement, of which the manager and area manager refused. We then requested a refund since no replacement was being given, this was also declined by management. Eventually the only way ‘they’ could supposedly assist us was by taking in the product for repairs, which is a 21 day waiting period. We are extremely inconvenienced by their ******** response to the situation, as our request for an immediate replacement or refund was not met. This goes against the CPA,In terms of s56 (read with s55). This is a warning against buying from this enterprise as they have poor, ******** and ********* after sales service.
